Charitable Donations
We are a charitable lot at The RBYC having raised many
tens of thousands of pounds for various charities throughout the years
since the club was conceived.During 2010 we will again be supporting the RNLI and UKSA - Changing Lives. (From January 2011 we will be supporting the RNLI and the Ellen MacArthur Trust)
At our AGM on 25th January members supported the first of our raffles, and we managed to raise £80. The oline auction managed to raise £928 with the raffle raising £345. We also managed to raise £57 from the 'Heads and Tails' game during the skittles evening, and together with some added funds to supplement these efforts, the total raised for charity was £1765.00

Lots of fantastic prizes were donated by national and local companies and organisations as well as private individuals, many of them generous RBYC Members. We thank you all!
